2nd Annual Tee off FORE Ta-Tas Golf Outing!
ALL proceeds from this event will be used to provide Licking County residents with free mammograms, further diagnostic screenings, information referrals, and opportunities for social and financial support if a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer.

Please consider sponsoring, donating to, or playing in the Public Health Partnership (PHP) of Licking County’s 2nd Annual Golf Outing Tee Off FORE Ta-Ta’s! PHP supports the Licking County Health Department’s SASS (Screening and Survivor Support for Breast Cancer) Program. The SASS Program provides free mammograms, diagnostic screenings, and financial stipends for Licking County women through fundraisers and donations!

- What: 2nd Annual Tee off FORE Ta-Tas Golf Outing

- Where: The Trout Club – 2250 Horns Hill Road Newark, Ohio 43055
- Time: 8:00AM
- Registration, 50/50 raffle, $20 Skins game, and Silent Auction will all be available during this time
- Tee off: Shotgun Scramble will begin at 9:00AM
- Beer Cart will be available
- Par 3 games
- Lunch: Lunch will be provided following the round of golf
- We will be auctioning off thousands of dollars worth of prizes throughout the day!
