Participants must be 18 years or older and legal U.S. citizens. Must not have won any prize from WNKO/WHTH Radio within the last 30 days with only one winner per household every 30 days permitted. Prizes not claimed within 7 business days of date notified will be forfeited unless the winner is otherwise notified. Any winner that forfets or refuses a prize will be ineligible to win any future contests for 12 months. All calls on the WNKO/WHTH studio line can be recorded for playback on the air. Winners have the option to have their prize mailed by filling out and signing our prize disclaimer form avaiable upon request and our website. For Digital Tickets: winners will be required to provide an email address in order to claim and receive their e-tickets. WNKO/WHTH Radio is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. WNKO/WHTH Radio does not assume responsibility for events cancelled or rescheduled, and is not responsible for replacing tickets to a cancelled or rescheduled event.

WNKO/WHTH employees and their families, participating sponsors, and employees of any radio station in Central Ohio are not eligible to win. WNKO/WHTH Radio assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time.
